Finding the Gravitational Waves (GWs) background signature by the near-future space experiments is expected to open a new window Beyond the Standard Model (BSM) of particle physics, allowing to investigate possible connections between the Electroweak (EW) symmetry breaking scale and the physical processes in the Early Universe. The GWs background sourced by quantum vacuum fluctuations and gauge matter fields will be discussed in context of BSM phenomenology, while accounting for consistency, perturbativity and EW vacuum stability constraints. The detectability of the GWs signature for the observing strategy of the future LiteBIRD and LISA space missions will also be addressed in connection with the results from Higgs-like states searches at LHC.
